MiTwell Expands Its Qseven Ecosystem with New Intel® Twin Lake Module: Redefining Embedded Flexibility for the Next Generation

November 11, 2025 Taipei, Taiwan

MiTwell announces the expansion of its long-standing Qseven® product line with the introduction of the MQ7-M41, powered by the latest Intel® Atom™ Series (Twin Lake). This marks another major step in MiTwell’s mission to deliver scalable, reliable, and energy-efficient embedded solutions for industrial, automation, and AIoT applications.

A Legacy of Embedded Excellence

For nearly a decade, MiTwell has been pioneering Qseven® modular design, combining performance and flexibility in compact form factors. The new Twin Lake Qseven Module (MQ7-M41) continues this legacy, providing next-generation computing power while maintaining compatibility across Intel® platforms such as Braswell, Apollo Lake, Elkhart Lake, and Alder Lake.

Designed for long-term availability and stability, Twin Lake processors are guaranteed by Intel® for 10–15 years of lifecycle support, ensuring dependable performance for critical industrial deployments.

Powerful, Efficient, and Scalable

The MQ7-M41 is built for high performance within a compact, fanless 70 × 70 mm Qseven® form factor. Key features include:
🔹 Intel® Atom™ N150 processor
🔹 24-bit LVDS and HDMI/DP display outputs
🔹 Four PCI Express Gen3 lanes, dual USB 3.0, six USB 2.0
🔹 eMMC 5.1 storage options
🔹 Low 6W power consumption for fanless designs
🔹 Wide operating temperature range: –40°C to +85°C

These enhancements make it ideal for AIoT gateways, industrial control, transportation systems, and medical imaging, offering optimized performance per watt and rugged reliability.

Building a Complete Qseven Eco System

MiTwell’s Qseven Eco System is a holistic platform connecting all layers of embedded design — from CPU modules to carrier boards and ready-to-deploy systems.
The ecosystem includes:

  • X86 Modules: Covering Braswell, Apollo Lake, Elkhart Lake, Alder Lake, and Twin Lake generations
  • ARM Modules: OSM-based design with OSM-to-Q7 converter for flexible cross-platform integration
  • EVK Carrier Board (MQ7-C350): A 3.5″ embedded board designed for evaluation and prototyping
  • Qseven System: Fully integrated, fanless system solutions for industrial applications

This architecture enables seamless scalability — one module can evolve into hundreds of system configurations, reducing time-to-market while enhancing sustainability and design longevity.

Designed for the Future of Embedded Computing

In a rapidly changing industrial landscape, modularity and endurance are key. MiTwell’s Qseven® solutions bridge generations of processors and applications, offering a unified foundation for both x86 and ARM platforms.

Qseven is more than a hardware standard — it’s a scalable ecosystem that connects generations of Intel® and ARM solutions,” said VP of Product Management at MiTwell International. “With the new Twin Lake module, we’re giving developers a future-ready platform that simplifies design and accelerates innovation.”
