The MOSM-MN50E with NXP i.MX95 processor integrates a 6-core ARM Cortex®-A55, along with ARM Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M33 real-time cores. It features an integrated NPU delivering 1 TOPS for AI acceleration , onboard 4GB LPDDR5 memory , 2x PCIe Gen3 x1 support , and dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. The module supports 1x 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 camera and 1x 4-lane MIPI DSI display interfaces , all within a 662-pin OSM v1.2 Size-L footprint for comprehensive I/O access.
