PSMC-M1013, Mitwell’s SMARC2.0 Module with X86 platform. The SMARC (“Smart Mobility ARChitecture”) is a versatile small form factor computer Module definition targeting applications that require low power, low costs, and high performance. There are two form factors, 82 x 80 mm and smaller form factor, 82 x 50 mm which is the size applied on PSMC-M1013. The SMARC connector use total 314 edge fingers that mate with MXM connector. The PSMC-M1013 is powered by Intel Atom® processor E3900 series, Intel® Celeron® processor N3350, and Intel® Pentium® processor N4200 platform, formerly Apollo Lake, a new generation of its predecessor, Braswell. PSMC-M1013 has many advantages such as better computing and graphics engine, 4K display (3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz) but lower power consumption. The on-board LPDDR4 RAM as another feature may support data transfer speeds of up to 2400MHz which reaches nearly 30% faster than DDR3L.
