The MOSM-MM30U module features the MediaTek Genio 720 processor with a high-efficiency 2+6 core architecture, delivering up to 2.6GHz processing speed for edge intelligence. Its integrated NPU supports up to 10 TOPS for accelerating AI tasks such as facial recognition and object detection. With onboard LPDDR5 memory and high-speed UFS 3.1 storage, it ensures reliable performance for data-intensive applications. The module supports multiple display outputs including eDP, DSI, and LVDS, and provides comprehensive connectivity with USB 3.0/2.0, PCIe Gen2, and GbE LAN. Compliant with OSM-L v1.2 standard and a 662-pin LGA layout, the compact 45x45mm design fits a wide range of industrial AIoT deployments.
