Powered by the MediaTek Genio 720/520 processor with an octa-core CPU (2x A78 + 6x A55) and up to 10 TOPS NPU, the MM30U brings exceptional speed for vision analytics, generative AI, and advanced automation.
Featuring LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage, MOSM-MM30U supports ultra-high bandwidth and powerful dual 4K displays. It includes PCIe Gen2 x4, USB 3.2/2.0, GbE LAN, Type-C DP Alt, and up to 6 camera inputs — all packed into a compact 45x45mm OSM-L module. The module supports Android 15, Ubuntu 22.04, and Yocto Linux.
Compared to the earlier MOSM-MM20E(Genio 700/510) module, MOSM-MM30U delivers over 3-times AI compute performance, dual-display support, faster LPDDR5/UFS storage, and a broader I/O set — positioning it for more demanding and scalable AIoT deployments.
