MiTwell sees ICT as a synergy of computing, storage, and communication. To strengthen embedded integration, we expanded into custom storage and memory solutions.
In 2016, we acquired WeLink Solutions, enhancing our memory R&D and system integration capabilities.

WeLink Solutions, a subsidiary merged into MiTwell in 2016, is responsible for the group’s memory R&D, trading, and system integration manufacturing operations.
MiTwell’s strategic partner, Trusted Solutions, is a professional cloud application company that enhances MiTwell’s data technology capabilities and supports diverse customer needs in smart retail applications.
MiTwell’s strategic partner, Weliot, focuses on AI-based health management and wireless sensing technologies. By integrating 5G, IoT, and smart healthcare solutions, Weliot drives digital transformation to enhance health monitoring and medical efficiency.

In Taiwan, our operations are anchored by our headquarters in Tucheng, along with Portwell’s electronics production line in Shulin and the system manufacturing center of WeLink Solutions in Xinzhuang. Internationally, we maintain branches and offices on both the East and West Coasts of the United States, strengthening customer engagement and support. In Europe, the MiTwell Building in Frankfurt serves as our European headquarters and a key hub for market expansion.
