Corporate governance

Corporate governance includes the set of processes, customs, policies, laws, and institutions affecting the way a corporation is directed, administered or controlled. MiTwell as a public company (6635.TWO) with board of directors and shareholders is regulated by third party independent supervisor directors. Internal and external audits are also performed to ensure the stable business operations. Therefore our governance includes the relationships among the many stakeholders involved and the goals for which the corporation is governed.

Environmental responsibility

Environmental responsibility is taking positive actions to show that an organization has a responsible attitude to the people and environment it impacts on. MiTwells Hi-tech facility complies with the security and safety standards of ISO-9001, RoHS to provide a free of pollution environment. Our community relations take the form of social outreach programmes designed to build relations and foster understanding of the role of business in the local community.

Public responsibility oversees that the Company social investments and commitment to making a meaningful impact around the world, by reviewing strategies and plans for improving lives in ways that enable people to thrive and that increase their quality of living. MiTwell has committed itself to contributing the society by promoting local incentives and events. Hiring local labors to work at MiTwell, an ISO certified factory and organizing events such as the yearly family day, where community merchants are invited to assist this company event, is our way to promote welfare.

As the company strives to continuously improve and provide benefits to the society and individuals around us. There are growing expectations of us by our customers, shareholders and other key stakeholders in this area.
