FPGA

A Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is an open-architecture integrated circuit designed to be programmed and modified by customers after manufacture. FPGAs use hardware description language (HDL) to write software, the same design concept as application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). FPGAs can be reprogrammed to achieve different functional requirements, and allow the reprogrammed results to be executed through computer software. The programming result of FPGA can be independent as software intellectual property (IP), so that FPGA can develop more flexibly.
